1. Shipping & Logistics Infrastructure
We coordinate a global fulfillment experience designed for reliability and security. Orders are packed using durable materials to support the condition of your structural organizing systems upon arrival.
- Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (EST) - Eastern Standard Time (Monday – Friday). Orders placed after this window, or during weekends and official holidays, will be processed starting the following business day.
- Order Processing Time: 1 to 2 Business Days (Monday – Friday, excluding official holidays).
Shipping Rates, Delivery Options & Timelines
We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase required across our primary destination markets. Customers also have the option to upgrade to Expedited Shipping at checkout for faster delivery.
⚠️ Customs Duties, Taxes, and Fees:
- For United States Orders: No customs duties apply. Local sales tax will be calculated and collected at checkout based on regional regulations.
- For International Orders (CA, UK, AU): All international shipments are delivered DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). The customer (buyer) is solely responsible for any import duties, customs clearance fees, and local value-added taxes (VAT/GST) levied by the destination country's customs office upon arrival.
Once your package leaves our fulfillment gates, a tracked shipping confirmation will be issued via email. Final transactional delivery validation remains anchored to official carrier data logs. Jubomart is not liable for transit delays caused by carrier service disruptions, severe weather, or unforeseen customs hold-ups.
2. Order Cancellation Policy
To support our fulfillment pipeline, order processing begins upon checkout confirmation. Customers may request a cancellation of their order within a two (2) hour window immediately following payment completion by emailing [email protected]. Once this 2-hour grace period has lapsed, or after an order has been dispatched to our logistics networks, the order cannot be canceled, intercepted, or altered in transit. In such instances, the customer may utilize our standard return protocols outlined below upon delivery.
3. 30-Day Return & Refund Charter
We stand behind the quality and durability of our structural essentials. If your purchase does not fully meet expectations, we offer a voluntary 30-day risk-free return window starting from the date of package delivery as recorded by the carrier data logs.
🛠️ Actions the Customer Must Take to Initiate a Return:
- Contact Us First: Email our Compliance Desk at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery. Provide your Order Number and the name of the items you wish to return.
- Receive a Pre-Paid Label: Our team will review your request, issue a formal Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), and provide a pre-paid return shipping label via email at no cost to you.
- Package & Dispatch: Securely pack the items in their original packaging, affix the pre-paid return label, and drop it off at the designated carrier. The return package must be postmarked within 14 calendar days of receiving our return authorization.
📋 Return Item Condition Requirements:
To be eligible for a full refund, returned items must be shipped back in their original, unused condition, fully unassembled, and within the original, unaltered packaging. Items returned with missing parts or significant unauthorized alterations may be subject to rejection by our receiving depot.
4. Return Shipping Fees & Handling Costs
We believe in absolute financial transparency and a stress-free shopping experience. Our policy regarding fees is structured as follows:
- Restocking Fees: We charge zero ($0.00) restocking or handling fees on all accepted returns.
- Return Shipping Costs (Free Returns): Jubomart covers 100% of return shipping costs. Whether you are returning an item due to a change of mind (customer remorse) or due to verified transit damage/manufacturing defects, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label completely free of charge ($0.00). Customers will never have to pay out-of-pocket expenses to send an eligible item back to us.
5. Refund Processing & Timelines
Once your returned package is received and inspected at our designated facility, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt and status approval.
- Approval & Method: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and the credit will be automatically applied to your original credit card or original method of payment.
- Processing Window: The refund will be authorized on our system within two (2) business days of receiving the return.
- Banking Window: Please allow a standard window of 5 to 7 business days for your financial institution or credit card issuer to post the transaction to your account statements.
